really helpful staff. i had so much equipment that I needed to use for my work that also had to be checked in, and everyone was really helpful in helping me find a bell hop-Ryan, who was friendly and nothing was too much of an ask to get my 9 bags from my car to my room. he also allowed me to ‘book’ a bell hop for my bags to help me get them to the airline check in counter-who was also awesome at 6.00am. overall really impressed with this service. front desk were friendly and genuinely warm.

I was looking for a hotel in the airport complex. Few airports in the USA offer this amenity. These guys overdelivered in my case where a United Flight was cancelled and we were placed in a situation where the wait exceeded 24 hours. We opted to stay a second night and not sit at the gate for what would have been 17 hours when the new flight actually left TAMPA for IAD.

Wakeup call was appreciated. Front desk personnel were quick, friendly and helpful. Quick walk to airport check-in and terminal/concourse.

I stay here every time. The location is amazing … walk right onto the main terminal. I cannot believe I so willingly pay the rate, but the convenience. I had extra luggage and the porter took me all the way to check in gladly!!
